Where I ship
Anywhere I can ship to. Rates are calculated at checkout from your address. Buyers outside the United States pay any import duties and taxes charged by their country; these are not refundable.
Originals
I pack and ship originals myself from Utah, with tracking. Most ship within about 10 business days, depending on my studio schedule. Within two business days of your order I will email you the expected ship date, and tracking once it ships.
Prints
Prints are made to order by a professional print lab and shipped directly to you from the lab. Printing time depends on the lab’s schedule and varies, so I cannot promise a date; you will receive tracking by email when your print ships.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. Write to me as soon as you can.
Returning an original
If an original isn’t right for you, you can return it within 14 days of delivery:
- Email me first to arrange the return. Please don’t send it back without hearing from me.
- Pack it in the original packaging, in the condition you received it.
- You pay return shipping. I recommend a tracked, insured service.
- I refund the price of the painting within 5 business days of receiving it back. The original shipping charge is not refunded.
Prints are final sale
Prints are made to order, so they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged in transit
If a painting or print arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. Keep the packaging.
- Damaged print: I have the lab remake and ship a new one at no cost to you.
- Damaged original: an original cannot be replaced, so I refund you in full, including shipping.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. For Klarna or Affirm, the refund adjusts your plan with that provider. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Commissioned paintings follow the Commission Terms on the Commissions page, not this policy.
