Your privacy matters to me. This page explains — in plain language — what information Fraley Atelier collects, how I use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, please email me and I will be glad to explain.
Who we are
Fraley Atelier is the fine-art studio of Daron Fraley, and this is its website at https://daronfraley.org. If you ever have a question about your privacy or about the information I hold, you can write to me directly at daron@daronfraley.org.
What information we collect
I only collect what I actually need to sell you a painting or print and get it safely into your hands. Here is what that means:
When you place an order — I collect your name, billing and shipping address, email address, and phone number. I need these to process your purchase, arrange delivery, and meet my sales-tax obligations.
If you create an account — I store your email address and a password. The password is encrypted, so I cannot see it.
When you use the contact or commission form — I collect your name and email address, along with whatever details you choose to share about your inquiry.
How we use your information
I use your information to process and fulfill your order, and to send you order confirmations and shipping updates so you always know where things stand.
If you have reached out about a commission or have a question, I use your contact details only to reply to you.
I also keep the order records I am required to keep so I can report and pay Utah sales tax correctly. I do not use your information for advertising, and I will not send you marketing emails.
Payment processing
All payments on this site are handled by Stripe, a trusted payment processor. When you pay, your card details are sent directly to Stripe over a secure, encrypted connection — I never see or store your card number.

Cookies
This site uses only a small number of cookies, and only for basic functionality — things like remembering what is in your shopping cart and keeping your session active while you browse. I do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
Who we share your data with
I keep your information to myself. The only outside company that receives your data is Stripe, and only so it can process your payment. I never sell your information, and I never share it with marketers or advertisers.
How long we keep your data
I keep order records for seven years, because Utah tax law requires it. Your account information stays only as long as you want it to — if you would like your account data removed, just email me and I will take care of it.
Your rights
You are always in control of your information. You can ask me for a copy of the data I hold about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing daron@daronfraley.org. I will respond promptly. Please note that I may need to keep certain order records to meet tax and legal requirements, even after an account is closed.
Changes to this policy
I may update this policy from time to time as the site or the law changes. When I do, I will post the new version right here, so this page always reflects the current policy. This policy was last updated in June 2026.
