Who you are buying from
The shop at daronfraley.org is run by Fraley Atelier LLC, the studio of Daron Fraley, 7533 S Center View Ct Ste N, West Jordan, UT 84084. Questions about an order: daron@daronfraley.org.
What I sell
Original paintings, each one of a kind, and prints of my paintings. Every listing describes the original’s medium and support (for example oil on linen, acrylic on stretched canvas, or on board). Prints are made to order by a professional print lab after you buy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. I accept credit and debit cards, Link, Klarna and Affirm, all processed by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. If an original sells to someone else at the same moment, or I find a pricing error, I will tell you right away and refund you in full.
Colour and photographs
I photograph every painting carefully, but screens differ. A slight difference in colour between the photo and the painting is not a defect.

Copyright
Buying a painting or print gives you the physical work, not the copyright. I keep all reproduction rights. You may display the work anywhere and share photos of it with credit to Daron Fraley; you may not reproduce or sell images of it.
Questions and disputes
If anything goes wrong with an order, please write to me first. I answer within two business days and will work to make it right before you need to contact your bank or card issuer.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, my liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
