Delete Your PhotoSensei Account
Use this form to request deletion of your PhotoSensei account and the data tied to it. You don’t need to sign in — PhotoSensei accounts are anonymous.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous PhotoSensei account
- Your lesson progress and rank
- Your entitlement records — the flags recording which lessons or subscription features your account had access to
Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
What this does not affect
Purchases. Records of what you bought are held by Apple or Google, not by me. Deleting your account here does not remove your purchase history from the App Store or Google Play, and it is not a refund request.
Deleting your account does NOT cancel an active subscription, and does not stop it from renewing. If you have a Pro Monthly subscription, you must cancel it separately in the store. On Android, go to Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iOS, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or open the App Store app → your account → Subscriptions.
Where to find your Account ID
Open PhotoSensei and go to the Profile screen — your account ID is shown there. If you opened this page from inside the app, it is already filled in below.
Request deletion
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. If you’d rather email, write to support@photosensei.app.
